Zapier offers different plans to suit your business needs. You can check all available plans and their features on Zapier's pricing page. This article explains what you should consider when choosing a Zapier plan.
Understanding your usage
Usage is the main consideration when selecting your plan. In Zaps, Zapier Lead Router, and Zapier MCP, usage is measured in tasks. Each plan includes a different number of tasks. To understand the number of tasks you'll need, consider:
- What processes does your business want to automate?
- How often do these processes need to be run? Are they weekly, daily, or hourly?
Usage in Zapier Tables and Zapier Interfaces
For Zapier Tables and Interfaces, the plan you choose determines the amount of space available to you in that product, such as the number of records on a table or the number of pages in an interface.
Tip
Zap steps for Zapier Tables and Zapier Interfaces do not use any tasks.
Usage in Zapier Agents
Your Zapier Agents' usage is measured by the number of activities your agents use. Agents is an add-on, so it does not affect your Zapier task usage.
How to estimate your usage
With the 14-day Zapier trial, you can build Zaps, interfaces, and tables within the limits of a Pro or Team plan, depending on which trial you use. With that, you can estimate which plan level would work for your use cases.
Example
You can automate your lead collection with a Zap that connects Facebook Lead Ads to your CRM app and to messaging apps. When you receive a new lead, each step of the process will use one task. Triggers do not count toward your task usage.
For that Zap, when a new lead is received from Facebook:
- The lead information is added to your CRM app.
- The email app sends a welcome message to the lead.
- The Sales team receives a message with the lead's name, email, and phone number.
This Zap has three actions, and each action uses one task when the Zap runs. If you expect to receive 10 leads per day, that is a total of 30 tasks per day. In a month, you can expect to use 900 tasks, so you can look at plans that offer you anything over that amount. Learn more about how usage is measured.
Multi-user plans
If you need other people in your business to have access to your Zapier account, you can consider a Team or Enterprise plan. These plans allow you to invite other users and collaborate with them. Free and Pro plans are individual plans and allow one user only.
Security features
If your IT department requires specific security features to be implemented, Enterprise plans offer features not available to other plans, such as user provisioning, domain capture, publishing restrictions, and more. Contact our sales team to discuss your data security needs.
