What’s included in Zapier's Free plan?

When you sign up for a Zapier account, you’ll get a 14-day trial to explore the premium features of a paid plan. If you decide not to upgrade to a paid plan at the end of this period, or if you downgrade to the Free plan, these features will no longer be available. 

Features of the Free plan

With a Free plan, you have access to:

• Unlimited assets: Create as many Zaps, tables, and interfaces as you want.
• 100 tasks: The Free plan gives you 100 tasks per month to use between Zaps and MCP server actions.
• 2,500 records: Add up to 2,500 records to your tables.
• 10 pages: Create up to 10 interface pages.
• Single user: One user per account.
• 15-minute polling interval: Zaps with polling triggers check for updates every 15 minutes.
• Two-step Zaps: Create Zaps with one trigger and one action.
• Two-factor authentication: Keep your account safe with two-factor authentication.
• Drafts: Save Zaps in progress without interrupting running Zaps.
• Custom actions: Create a customized action for an app.
• Custom test records: Test your Zaps with different data by modifying the values of your trigger.
• Copilot: use AI to help you create and automate your work.
• Zapier automation platform: Access free versions of Zapier Chatbots and Zapier Agents.
• Get help from the Zapier Community: ask questions and share ideas with other Zapier users through the Zapier Community.

Upgrade to a paid plan

Paid plans allow you to use premium features, such as:

• Premium apps: Use some of the most popular apps with Zapier.
• Multi-step Zaps: Add more than one action to your Zap.
• Larger limits: get more tasks, more records in tables, and more pages for your interfaces.
• Versions: Roll back to a previous version of a Zap.
• AI on Zapier Tables: Create AI Fields and enrich your data using AI.
• Payments component: Use the Stripe payment component in Zapier Interfaces to collect payments from your users.
• Autoreplay: If your Zap errors, it will automatically retry the action.
• Faster polling times: Polling times of up to 1 minute, and you can customize the polling time per Zap.
• Different levels of support: Get access to 24/7 email support, live chat, and many more. There's a range of support options to fit your needs.
