How to Initiate a Product Return

At Acme Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Submit a return request using the Returns Portal or by emailing [e-mail].
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Attach photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply in some cases. For more details, refer to our full return policy on the Returns Portal.
