Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your item arrived damaged or is not the item you ordered, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. Take the following steps to expedite your return:

1. Email [e-mail] with your order number, photos of the packaging and item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Our team will validate the issue and issue an RMA number.
3. We will provide a return shipping label, and once the return is received, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Please retain all original packaging until the return is processed. We cannot process returns without photographic proof of the issue.
