How to Track Your Return or RMA

Once your return request has been approved and the item is shipped, you can track its status using the RMA number provided. Visit returns.acmeindustries.com/track and enter your RMA number and email address.

The tracking page will show the status of your return, including whether it has been received, is under review, or if a refund/replacement has been issued. If you don’t have an RMA or haven’t received status updates after 5 business days, contact returns@acmeindustries.com for support.

For warranty-related returns, use the same tracking system with your warranty claim number.
