You can make changes or delete your routers in Zapier Lead Router. This article explains how to:
- Delete queues and routers.
- Review routing history.
This product is in closed beta release. It's in active development and may change.
Delete a queue
To delete a queue:
- From the Lead Router home, click Queues.
- Click the three dot icon beside your queue name.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm your action by clicking Delete.
Deleting a queue is permanent. All associated routers will be updated, and leads will no longer route to this queue.

To delete a router:
- From the Lead Router home, click Routers.
- Click the three dot icon beside your queue name.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm your action by clicking Delete.
Deleting a router is permanent. The router will be turned off, and routing will stop.
Review lead routing history
You can check how each incoming lead was routed through the Zap editor run history. Learn more about using run history.
To find the run history for your router:
- From Lead Router home, select your router.
- Click Customize.
- In the left sidebar, click the Zap runs icon to expand it.
- Select a Zap run from the list.
- The editor will display the Zap run status for each step in the workflow.
