Cancel the Team trial auto-upgrade
When you add your credit card information during your Zapier for Team trial, your account will auto-upgrade to the Team plan at the end of your trial unless you explicitly opt out. To opt out of auto-upgrade:
- Click the Edit trial payment settings in the banner at the top of your account.
- You will be redirected to the Billing and Usage page where you can select a different plan.
Extend your trial
All free trials last for 14 days. If your trial has ended and you need more time, you have two options:
- Pro trials: You can extend it directly from your Zapier account.
- Team trials: To request an extension, contact Zapier support.
When you're ready, you can upgrade your Zapier account to a paid plan.
If your trial ends
When your 14-day trial ends, your account will downgrade to the Free plan. You’ll need to upgrade to continue using premium features.
If you have a Team trial and did not opt out of the auto-upgrade, your account will automatically upgrade to a paid Team plan.
