This article explains how Zapier's refund policy works in different scenarios.
All sales are final
All purchases are considered non-refundable, including:
- Monthly and annual plans
- Plan upgrades, renewals, and add-ons
- All Zapier products and services
Once a charge is processed, it is considered final and will not be refunded.
If you're trialing Zapier, you’ll have access to live chat and email support, as well as self-service resources to help you learn the platform, answer any questions, and understand what’s possible. Use these resources to find out if Zapier meets your needs before moving to a paid plan.
How plan changes affect billing
You can change or cancel your plan at any time. When you do:
- Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, for both monthly and annual plans.
- You will not be charged again unless you choose to upgrade or reactivate your plan.
- If you want to remove your payment method, contact Zapier Support.
Please review your billing and renewal settings regularly to avoid unexpected charges. Your billing settings are available in your Billing and usage page.
How auto-upgrade works
If you add your credit card information during your Zapier trial, your account will auto-upgrade to your chosen plan at the end of your trial unless you explicitly opt out, as outlined during the checkout process. You can opt out of the auto-upgrade at any time before the end of the trial, and you will not be charged. Charges following the end of a trial are non-refundable.
To opt out of auto-upgrade, click Edit trial payment settings in the banner at the top of your account or visit the Billing and Usage page. Then, select if you want to start your paid plan or move to the Free plan at the end of your trial.
Refunds related to disruptions and features
In some cases:
- An app within Zapier may experience temporary issues.
- A specific feature you need may not be available.
While Zapier works to improve the platform and resolve issues quickly for apps managed by Zapier, these types of limitations are normally not refundable.
