Backorders and Delays
We strive to fulfill every order promptly, but occasionally products may be backordered due to supply chain constraints or high demand. If your item is backordered, you will receive a notice with the estimated restock date and the option to:
- Wait for the full shipment
- Request a split shipment of available items
- Cancel or substitute the backordered item
To manage backordered items, email orders@acmeindustries.com with your order number and preferred option. We’ll work with you to ensure minimal disruption. Your account manager may also recommend alternative items to reduce downtime.
