How to Cancel or Modify an Order

If you need to cancel or adjust an order, time is critical. Contact us within 2 hours of order submission to increase the chance of making changes. After that, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified.

To request a change:

• Send an email to [e-mail] with your order number in the subject line.
• Specify what needs to be changed or cancelled.
• Wait for a confirmation email from our support team.

Modifications may include changing quantities, removing items, updating shipping details, or cancelling the order altogether. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days for cancelled orders.
