- Updated Attendee (Instant) - Triggers when Attendee data is updated.

- Find Event - Finds an event within an organization.
- Find or Create Event - Finds an event within an organization.
Actions
- Publish Event - Publishes an existing event.
- API Request (Beta) - This is an advanced action which makes a raw HTTP request that includes this integration's authentication.
- Create Event - Creates an event within an organization.
- Create Ticket Class - Creates a ticket class for an event.
Limitations
- API rate limits apply. Eventbrite enforces a rate limit of 2,000 API calls per hour and 48,000 calls per day by default. Create and Copy Event actions are limited to 200 calls per hour, and Publish Event actions are limited to 200 calls per hour.
- Users must have administrator access to their Eventbrite account to connect to Zapier and use triggers like New Attendee. Sub-users cannot view events in the dropdown and will receive "Not Authorized" or "Internal Error" messages .
- Only the main account holder can view events through Zapier. Sub-users cannot view other events, even if they create the event themselves, and must use the main administrator's account for proper integration.
- Events created in Eventbrite need to be published in order to be picked up by the New Event trigger in Zapier.
- Zapier does not yet support promotional tracking codes in the Eventbrite integration.
- When multiple tickers are purchased in a single order, Eventbrite notifes Zapier of each attendee with the same contact information, which can appear as duplicates. The only different is the Attendee
ID
, which has a unique increment (e.g.,-1
,-2
). To prevent duplicates from trigger workflows, add a filter step to exclude any Attendee IDs that contain a hyphen (-
).
