Podio and Zapier connect to automate your project management. You can trigger actions when new items are added and create new items or tasks in your apps.
Prerequisites
To use the Podio app on Zapier, you must have:
- A Podio account (free or paid plan).
Connect Podio to Zapier
To create an app connection to Podio on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Podio.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Podio to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Podio account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- API rate limits of 1,000 API calls per hour (general limit) or 250 calls per hour for resource-intensive operations.
