Teachable and Zapier connect to automate your online course business. You can trigger actions when students enroll or complete courses and enroll users in courses.
Prerequisites
To use the Teachable app on Zapier, you must have:
- A Teachable account on the Growth plan or higher.
- Owner permissions to access the Teachable school admin settings to create an API key.
Connect Teachable to Zapier
To create an app connection to Teachable on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Teachable.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- In the API Key field, enter your Teachable API key. Learn more about finding your Teachable API Key.
- Click Yes, Continue to Teachable.
Your Teachable account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- GDPR compliance limitations. Abandoned cart data is only sent if potential students have opted-in to receive promotional emails, limiting data availability for certain triggers.
