Google Forms and Zapier make it easy to automate tasks after a form is submitted. The integration uses triggers for new responses to automatically create, find, or update data in other apps.
Prerequisites
To use the Google Forms app on Zapier, you must have:
- A Google account with access to Google Forms.
Connect Google Forms to Zapier
To create an app connection to Google Forms on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Google Forms.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Google Forms to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Google Forms account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

- API Request (Beta) - This is an advanced action which makes a raw HTTP request that includes this integration's authentication.
Limitations
- API rate limits apply, if you exceed these limits, you'll receive a 429 error.
- Google Form responses must be saved to a Google Sheet in order to work with Zapier, as the form itself cannot be directly accessed without this connection.
