WPForms and Zapier connect to automate your work. You can trigger actions when new form entries are submitted and send data to apps like Google Sheets.
Prerequisites
To use the WPForms app on Zapier, you must have:
- A WPForms Pro license or higher.
- The latest version of WPForms installed to meet the minimum required version for the Zapier addon.
- A WordPress website with HTTPS enabled and an up-to-date SSL certificate installed, as Zapier requires a secure connection.
- The WPForms Zapier addon installed and activated on your WordPress site.
- Your WPForms license verified in your WordPress dashboard.
Connect WPForms to Zapier
To create an app connection to WPForms on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select WPForms.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete these fields:
- API Key: Enter your WPForms Zapier API key. Learn more about finding your WPForms Zapier API key.

Website: Enter the full path URL of the site you want to connect to Zapier. e.g.,
https://sitename.com/
- Click Yes, Continue to WPForms.
Your WPForms account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
