Prerequisites
To use the Facebook Custom Audiences app on Zapier, you must have:
- A paid Zapier plan. Facebook Custom Audiences is a premium app on Zapier.

Admin access to the Facebook page, ad account, and lead access in your Facebook Business Manager account.

- Accepted Facebook's Terms of Service.
Connect Facebook Custom Audiences to Zapier
To create an app connection to Facebook Custom Audiences on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Facebook Custom Audiences.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Facebook Custom Audiences to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Facebook Custom Audiences account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- You can add an unlimited number of records to an audience, but only up to 10,000 at a time. Changes to your Custom Audiences do not happen immediately and usually take up to 24 hours to process.
- Rate limits apply.
- Custom Audience Terms of Service must be accepted before creating audiences.
- Beginning September 2, 2025, custom audiences that suggest specific health conditions or financial status will be flagged and prevented from being used in ad campaigns.
