More flexible control over publishing restrictions

We’re introducing additional features to our publishing restrictions feature that let you adjust the feature to meet your needs. Now, you can:

• Allow account admins to be approvers too. This can help you distribute approvals across more users, eliminating bottlenecks.
• Limit publishing restrictions by app. This can ensure that only sensitive apps require approval, decreasing the number of approvals to remove.
