ServiceTitan and Zapier connect to automate field service work. Trigger actions when new jobs or customers are added and create leads or tasks.
Prerequisites
To use the ServiceTitan app on Zapier, you must have:
- A ServiceTitan account on The Works or Legacy package (API access is only included with these service agreements).
- ServiceTitan administrator user permissions (the person setting up the integration must be a ServiceTitan administrator).
- Completion of the ServiceTitan Zapier registration form (required to get access to the integration).
- A Client ID and Secret Key generated from your ServiceTitan account (obtained through Settings Integrations API Application Access).
- Your ServiceTitan Tenant ID (displayed when generating the Client ID and Secret Key).
Connect ServiceTitan to Zapier
To create an app connection to ServiceTitan on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select ServiceTitan.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- Tenant ID: Enter your ServiceTitan Tenant ID.
- Client ID: Enter your ServiceTitan Client ID.
- Client Secret: Enter your ServiceTitan Client Secret.
- Environment to use: Select production environment.
- Click Yes, Continue to ServiceTitan.
Your ServiceTitan account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Zapier functionality is not officially supported by ServiceTitan and is made available on an 'as is' basis without warranty.
- API rate limits apply. Standard rate limit is 60 calls per second per application per tenant for regular APIs, and 5 of the same report per minute per tenant for reporting APIs.
- Content Storage Restrictions apply. You must not store or cache any Content obtained from the APIs for longer than 24 hours, except as expressly permitted.
- ServiceTitan only supports API-related issues (500 errors) and does not provide support for setting up Zaps. Users must contact Zapier support for setup assistance.
- You cannot manage Zapier credentials through Enterprise Hub. You must submit separate requests for each tenant.
