You can change ownership of a table in Zapier Tables to another user in your Zapier account. This option is only available to users on Team or Enterprise plans.
Zapier is rolling out a new way of viewing and managing all assets in your account. It is being rolled out to users in stages through the end of 2025. In the new experience, you can also manage your table from the Assets page. If you do not see the new design, your account has not been migrated to the new experience yet. You can continue to refer to this guide for table management.

How to change ownership of a table
When you change ownership of a table, only the table and its views are assigned to the new owner. Any Zaps, interfaces, or other linked assets must be shared separately.

- From the Tables home, select your table.
- In the top navigation of the table, click Share. A dialog box will appear.
Transfer it to a user who does not have access to the table
- Click the Change owner icon .
- In the search box, search for and select the name or email address of the new owner.
- If there are any linked assets, they will be listed in the dialog box. You must share them separately.
- Click Change owner.
The new owner will get an email notification about the change.
Transfer to a user who already has access to the table
You can change the role of an existing table user to make them the owner.
