WebinarJam / EverWebinar and Zapier connect to automate webinar workflows. You can trigger actions when users register or attend webinars and register people to specific webinars.
Prerequisites
To use the WebinarJam / EverWebinar app on Zapier, you must have:
- A paid WebinarJam or EverWebinar subscription (API access is not available for trial accounts).
- An approved API key from WebinarJam / EverWebinar (approval is required before you can use the API and typically takes up to two business days to process).
Connect WebinarJam / EverWebinar to Zapier
To create an app connection to WebinarJam on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select WebinarJam.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- In the API Key field, enter your WebinarJam API key.
- Learn more about finding your API Key.
- Click Yes, Continue to WebinarJam.
Your WebinarJam account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- API rate limits apply. The API has a hardcoded limit of 20 API calls per second per user, which may cause "Too many requests" errors (429 error) if exceeded, potentially affecting high-volume Zapier automations - source
- Data privacy compliance requirements. Users must ensure appropriate consent is collected from webinar registrants and comply with applicable data privacy regulations when using the API through Zapier.
