Limitations
- Stripe's webhook limit affects workflows using Stripe (Legacy) as a trigger. Because each Zap creates a separate webhook, you can only have a total of 16 live webhooks endpoints per Stripe account, which includes connections both inside and outside of Zapier. To avoid this limitation, use the Stripe integration instead. If you must use this Stripe legacy integration, you can use Paths to create multiple workflows from a single trigger, which helps you stay within the webhook limit.
- API rate limits apply. Stripe API has rate limits of 100 operations per second in live mode and 25 operations per second in sandbox mode, with individual endpoints limited to 25 requests per second by default - .
- Stripe sends amount data in cents (e.g.,
197000
instead of1970.00
). - To send emails by the "Receipt Email" field, you need to have email receipts enabled within Stripe.
