How to get started with Manychat on Zapier

Manychat and Zapier connect to automate your chatbot workflows. You can trigger actions when users subscribe or get tagged and send messages or update user data.

Prerequisites

To use the Manychat app on Zapier, you must have:

• An active Manychat Pro subscription.

Connect Manychat to Zapier

To create an app connection to ManyChat on Zapier: 

• Go to the Apps page.
• Click + Add connection. 
• A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select ManyChat.
• Click Add connection.
• A new browser tab or window will open.
• Log into ManyChat to authenticate.
• Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Your ManyChat account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

API rate limits apply. The API has a 10 requests per second (RPS) limit for subscriber endpoints that applies to each chatbot account.
