• We’ve added a new Advanced Search search to find files and folders using advanced filters like file type, category, and content matching.
• We’ve added these new actions:

  • Set Shared Link Visibility and Access.
  • Add Folder Member.
  • Create File Request.

Gmail

• We’ve added a new Get Attachment by Filename search.
• The Gmail integration now outputs attachments as an array instead of numbered fields.

Google Docs

• We’ve added these new actions:
  • Insert Text.
  • Insert Image.
  • Format Text.
  • Update Document Properties.

Microsoft Excel

• We’ve added a new Get Worksheet by ID search.
• We’ve added these new actions:
  • Delete Worksheet.
  • Clear Row by ID.

Microsoft Office 365

• We’ve added these new searches:
  • Get Calendar Events in Date Range.

• We fixed an issue where the New File trigger did not properly list all available folders in the “Folder” dropdown.

Salesforce

• We’ve added these new actions:
  • Call Apex REST. Apex is Salesforce’s proprietary programming language that allows developers to create custom business logic and REST endpoints within their Salesforce org. These custom endpoints extend Salesforce’s functionality beyond standard objects and operations.
  • Run Report.
  • Launch Flow.
• We’ve added a new Custom SOQL Query search which provides two query modes:
  • Custom SOQL Mode for direct SOQL query input with complete SELECT query control.
  • Aggregate Mode with a guided query builder for aggregate functions (COUNT, SUM, AVG, MAX, MIN), object and field selection, WHERE clauses, GROUP BY, and time filter presets.

Slack

• We’ve added a new Edit Message action.
