Mailparser and Zapier connect to automate email parsing. You can trigger when emails are parsed and create contacts or update spreadsheets.
Prerequisites
To use the Mailparser app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Mailparser account.
- At least one configured Mailparser inbox with parsing rules set up to extract data from emails.
- Access to the Mailparser webhook integration settings within your Mailparser account to create a Zapier integration.
Connect Mailparser to Zapier
To create an app connection to MailParser on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select MailParser.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- Email: Enter your MailParser account email address.
- Password: Enter your MailParser account password.
- Click Yes, Continue to MailParser.
Your MailParser account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Pricing is based on the number of processed emails per month and number of inboxes created .
- Limited to 1,000 webhook payloads per email. If you have more than 800 rows in your email or attachment, data splitting is recommended before import.
- Each Mailparser inbox has a limit of 15 integrations per inbox.
