Prerequisites
To use the Quickbase app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Quickbase account with at least a Team plan or higher.
- Appropriate permissions in Quickbase to access the apps you want to integrate. You must be provisioned with a Quickbase role that has at least Basic Access application permissions.
- IP filtering disabled for your realm or app.
- A paid Zapier account. Quickbase is a premium app on Zapier.
Connect Quickbase to Zapier
To create an app connection to Quickbase on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Quickbase.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:

User Token: Enter your Quickbase User Token.

Realm: Enter your Quickbase realmn subdomain (e.g., if your realmn subdomain is
mycompany.quickbase.com
, entermycompany
).

User Token: Enter your Quickbase User Token.
- Click Yes, Continue to Quickbase.
Your Quickbase account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

- Create / Update Records From Array - Creates or updates records in a Quick Base table based off a provided merge field. Be aware all mapped fields will be over written with values.
- Update Record - Updates a record in a Quick Base table.
Limitations
- API rate limits apply. RESTful API has inbound limits of 100 requests per 10 seconds per user token.
