Vendor Performance Expectations

At Acme Industries, we hold all suppliers accountable to clear performance standards. These expectations include:

• On-time delivery rate of 95% or higher
• Defect rate below 1%
• Consistent communication on fulfillment or material delays
• Compliance with packaging and labeling requirements
