To reconcile a student account in Wonderlic, please follow the instructions listed below.
Occasionally, you may notice a yellow caution icon next to a student's name:
You will be unable to take action for that student until their account has been reconciled.
This occurs when a new student account is created, but a duplicate account exists (same first name and last name).
To reconcile an account, you will need to perform the following:
- Hover over the yellow caution icon.
- Select Reconcile student.
- The reconcile student window will appear with all duplicates that were found.
- Carefully look through the list to find any duplicate accounts.
- If a duplicate account is found, select that account and choose "Match Selected"
- If there is not a duplicate account, but two different students share the same name, select "No Match"
- You have now reconciled the student account and can proceed with assigning tasks.
