Create Your Smith Chason College Signature

For staff or faculty looking to use the official Smith Chason College email signature, please follow the guidelines and directions provided below.

Rules and Guidelines (Important!)

• All Smith Chason College, WCUI School of Medical Imaging and Smith Chason School of Nursing employees will use this email signature template, including faculty.
• Any recreation of this email signature outside of utilizing the provided instructions is prohibited.
• Changes or additions to these email signature templates, including changing font styles, colors, etc. are also prohibited.
• This is to help maintain brand standardization and help everyone supporting Smith Chason College and our sub colleges, look like they are a part of the same team!

Directions

1. In a Google Chrome browser, go to https://www.smithchason.com/email-signatures/test-email-signature-scc.html.
   
   
2. Select all the content of the email signature on the page. Ctrl + C or Right Click > Copy to copy the content.
   
   
   
   
3. Go into Outlook and click the Gear Icon.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Outlook Settings Search Bar, search "Signature". Click Email Signature.
   
   
   
   
5. Under the default email signature, delete your old email signature if needed. Then Ctrl + V or Right Click > Paste to paste in the new email signature you copied in step #2.
   
   
   
   
6. After pasting in the new email signature, it should look like the example provided below.
   
   
   
   
7. Personalize the contact information by replacing information one section at a time with your mouse and typing in your first and last name, title, campus, work email address, phone number and extension (if applicable).
   
   
8. Once completed, your email signature should look like the example provided below.
   
   
   
   
9. Do not change or modify anything below your phone number or to the left of the line. Logos, Website, campus locations, and social media icons should not be deleted or changed at any time.
   
   
   
   
10. Do not change colors, font types/styles, spacing, or remove any information deemed important by Smith Chason College.
    
    
11. When completed with your email signature, at the bottom press the Save button. Then exit out of the email signature window.
    
    
12. You may test your new email signature by composing a new email! If you have any issues with the setup of your email signature, please email [e-mail].
