How to Request On-Site Repair
Some equipment issues require hands-on diagnostics by a certified field technician. To schedule a visit:
- Submit a support ticket through our support portal with details of the issue.
- Include the machine serial number, photos (if applicable), and a preferred visit date/time window.
- Once reviewed, a technician will be dispatched based on urgency and availability.
Emergency response is available for critical operations only. Standard service visits are scheduled within 1–3 business days. For service agreements or warranty repairs, charges may be waived. Contact repairs@acmeindustries.com with any scheduling questions.
